Perhaps my name is my destiny.

I’ve been an independent copywriter since 2001. My client list includes a wide range of corporations, small businesses and nonprofits. I have also published more than 450 bylined articles for consumer and trade publications including Atlanta Business Chronicle, Men’s Journal, National Geographic Traveler, Veranda and WebMD. I am a member of the American Society of Journalists & Authors and the Society of American Travel Writers.

Before launching my freelance career, I spent 15 years in marketing, public relations, publishing and sales positions. I’ve been a magazine publisher, a regional sales manager, an editor and a public relations manager.  I’ve worked at such well-known firms as Amoco Chemical Company and McGraw-Hill and at several well-respected smaller companies.

I earned my BA in Communications, with a minor in Marketing from the University of West Florida. I’ve been a speaker at Emory University, Kennesaw State University, the Atlanta Chapter of the Public Relations Society and the American Society for Journalists & Authors. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, I work with clients across the country.
